1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To be eligible to receive and redeem the prize, participants must reside within the Fire & Ice Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical official service area. Employees of Fire & Ice Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical,LLC., the Columbus Clippers, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsors

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit https://www.indoortemp.com/clippers-contest and complete the official entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not increase the chance of winning and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• Four (4) tickets to a Columbus Clippers home game
• One (1) Fire & Ice Swag Pack (items may vary)
• One (1) Columbus Clippers Swag Pack (items may vary)
• One (1) 1-Year HVAC Maintenance Agreement from Fire & Ice Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the giveaway’s end. If the winner does not respond within 5 days or is found to be ineligible, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner will receive tickets to the Aug 24 game where they will throw out the first pitch and will receive their prize on the field, from Fireball.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Fire & Ice Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical and the Columbus Clippers a non-exclusive right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fire & Ice Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical, the Columbus Clippers, and all affiliated entities from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise its integrity, as determined in their sole discretion. Sponsors also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
