Colby the tech was extremely thorough. He explained step-by-step the process of each step of tuning the AC. He showed me the spec results of the AC after finishing the tune up. Per Colby the system was running efficiently. I will ask for Colby the next time I need service performed. Thanks again!

“After some ups and downs in the beginning, Fire and Ice ended up being a great company to work with. Long story short the initial technician missed something on the initial diagnosis so we repaired the system and then still ended up replacing everything. The mistake made by the initial tech was rectified by the service manager and after this issue Fire and Ice truly did everything they could to make the situation more positive. The install process was done by Lane and Justin, who were FANTASTIC! They were very polite and did a great job with all parts of the installation process. I'm thrilled we had them as the team doing all of our work. They didn't rush through anything and I could tell they truly wanted to do everything perfect.”

“All around a good experience! We consulted with Roger on our purchase and he was very pleasant to work with, there was no pressure on the sale, and he explained everything great. The guys that installed - Will, Leroy, and Bryan - were equally great at their work, friendly too. Leroy gets some extra kudos for working outside most of the day on the AC unit of all things when it was a 6 degree high that day. They cleaned up well afterwards and Bryan demoed the new thermostat. Thank you for doing a great job!.”

Kyle is the best! After hours call for AC not working. The company who installed the unit couldn’t get anyone to our house for over 5 DAYS! Fire and Ice was recommended by a coworker. I called and gave my info for an emergency house call. 10 minutes later Kyle called. Less than An hour later my AC was repaired! Pricewas super reasonable (especially considering it’s after 9 pm) No fuss, no gimmicks and super nice. Kyle you’re our hero!

Great experience having all their people in our home to help us replace both 21 yr old heating & air conditioning units. They were recommended by our son since they did an efficient and quick job in their furnace breakdown. From Roger, who walked us through buying the units, to Floyd & Daniqua, the technicians that installed both Trane units, we found them very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable! We highly recommend Fire & Ice for your HVAC needs!!

Bryan and Nick were both very professional and friendly! When there is someone in your home typically it isn't like you can relax and go about your day but we were totally able to do just that. It is like they were not even here as they worked hard for 9+ hours to get the job done. Please tell them THANK YOU for being so awesome at what they do! Huge kudos to both gentlemen and you are lucky to have them on your team.
