My name is Mary-Ann Grimshaw, and the way I heard about Fire & Ice is that my son is the owner!
Well, every year during the summer months when the algae and the pollen is high, they have the weather alerts out there. I can't hardly breathe. But in the summertime I struggle, you know, and even going outside to take my dog out, you know, I have trouble doing that too.
The way I heard about the dehumidifier is that Scott gave it to me as a Christmas present. But when I have it here, I feel safe. I feel comfortable in my own home. I don't want to leave it. You know, I mean, I have to because I volunteer at my church. I like being at home. And I know that I'm safe and I can breathe air.
Well, my age is 79 years old. I'm very active and anybody else that's having any kind of trouble breathing if you don't want to have to go on oxygen. This is the way to go. The benefit that it's on all the time, you know. I hear it, but you know, you get used to it being on. It doesn't really bother you because you know that as long as it's going that you're breathing, OK. Even if you're not having trouble breathing, it is a good thing to have.
But as far as Fire & Ice, I have noticed that my son, the way he runs his business, has so much integrity and you can trust him. You know, he has developed trustworthy with people. I am definitely happy that Scott gave me a dehumidifier. It makes my day. And night!
