Hi, I’m Luke from Fire & Ice. As a Carrier dealer here in Central Ohio, we have installed thousands of Carrier air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps over the years. Next is training practices. At Fire & Ice we believe in continuing education and have invested in Central Ohio’s largest training center. Each year our technicians undergo over 200 hours of hands-on training every year to hone their craft. This way they’re learning in a controlled environment and not on the job. We also encourage and reimburse our technicians for any certifications they achieve.
