Hi. I'm Scott Merritt, the owner of Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning. I get a lot of questions about who we are and what we do. So, we put this video together to answer those questions. By the end of this video, you'll have a better understanding of who we are and what services we offer that could best help you. What is Fire & Ice?

So let's get started with the first question. What is fire & Ice? Fire & Ice is a dedicated group of individuals that are highly trained and specialize in residential heating and cooling. We're a local company. We believe that your trust is our business. What do I mean by that? If we don't give you fair, honest service I don't believe we deserve to be in business. We want to make sure that you can trust us.

So we put all our efforts into it. And if we don't do it right, you can come talk to me directly. The company has been around for 16 years, but we have over 250 years of experience within our walls. That we use to your benefit. Every single day.

What services do you offer at Fire & Ice?

 So let's move on to the next question. What services do you offer when it comes to residential services? We do it all. We service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. If you have an old system that needs to be replaced, we can replace it. If you have an old system that just needs to be repaired, we can do that as well. Maintenance is very important for your system. We offer tune ups twice a year, once for your furnace, once for your air conditioning. We can also do ductwork. What is your service area at Fire & Ice?

The next question is what is your service area? Our service area is all of central Ohio, the Columbus and surrounding suburbs. On our Web site, we have a service map that you can type in your zip code, and you will be able to check to make sure that we service your neighborhood.

Do you service residential or commercial?

Let's move on to the next question. Do you service residential or commercial? We only do residential. We believe in specializing in one thing and not being a jack of all trades. One of the most important things that we can do, for you, so you can trust us, is to train our guys. So, we have the largest training center in central Ohio. We give our guys over 200 hours a year in training per person. So, when we get to your house, we're doing it right the first time.

What type of equipment do you offer?

The next question is, what type of equipment do we offer in terms of heating and cooling? Trane, Carrier and Mitsubishi are the lines that we carry. They cover all aspects for your home, for heating, cooling, and even ductless. We offer indoor air quality products from Aprillaire. Many people have respiratory issues, so we have a full line of products that can help with that.

When are you open for business?

Moving on to the next question. When are you open for business? Our office hours are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. but we have emergency service available to you. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

How do I schedule for service or installation?

Finally, we get to our last question. How do I schedule for service or installation? If you go to our website, we have two buttons on there. One button is if you want a schedule, free estimate for a new system. Fill out some information and we'll get back to you right away. And if you want to schedule service, just hit the schedule service button and we'll have a CSR call you directly.
