So one thing I really want you to know about the heating and cooling process is that your home is the only place in this world, work, school, anywhere else that you can truly control. So, at the end of the day, make sure that you are doing things that is for you. You can control this. Let's help you do that.

Hi, I'm Bryan with Fire & Ice. I'm a residential sales professional. What that means is that I come to your home, and we develop a perfect solution to any of your problems. That means that I'm going to listen to you first. I'm going to develop some information for you, and then we're going to, together, make sure that we have the perfect solution for both your budgetary needs and your comfort needs.

So, a heat pump. What is involved with getting a new heat pump? Well, first, we have to make sure it's the right and appropriate type of product for you. Heat pumps can be used not because of necessity the all the time, but also because of want. So, what my job is, in the beginning, is to make sure that it is the right product for you.

So, we will be doing a lot of calculations Once we do that on you and I decide that it is the right thing, the company is going to come in and make sure it's installed properly. We are going to make sure that everything is removed as per code. We're going to make sure that your house is protected. We're all making sure that the system is installed as to perfection as we can make it after the installation.

We're also going to make sure that the installation is to manufacturer specs, which means we're going to be doing a commissioning report, which means all of the information that we have told you from when I showed up to when the installers are installing it is accurate.

So, one of the great things about fire and ice is we again, truly care for you. So, we want to make sure that once you have had the installation, it's done properly, that we're not done. Okay? We're going to be coming back several times. First thing is what's called a final quality inspection. That's where I will personally come back to your home and review everything with you that makes sure that you are absolutely satisfied with the work that we have done for you.

And then 12 months later, I'll do my final check in, and that's where I and Fire & Ice will be able to let you know that we've made it through the first year and we have had all of our problems solved, if any. And that this system is going to move on forward. That's when we get to bring the service team in, and that's when we'll talk some about the maintenance involved.

So, a heat pump system can range anywhere between about $8,000 up to $15,000. That is going to include not only the outside unit, the outside heat pump, but also it will have to be matched with the indoor air handler. So, the system itself is going to be between 8 and 15,000.

So, when it comes to heat pumps, we offer three different manufacturing brands, Trane, Carrier, and Mitsubishi. They are all fantastic companies. That's why we choose them. We don't have allegiance to any of them. What we do is we give you a wide variety of options to make sure that we have found the right manufacturing brand for you. So within those brands, we have several types of heat pump systems Typically, it comes down to single stage two stage or variable speed. If you want more information about the different types, how they would benefit you please visit our website's learning center.

So let's say you're interested in heat pump. Well, what we can do now, the next steps are first go to our products page. Do a little bit more homework for yourself. Become educated. If you're ready for the next step, go to our contacts page there you'll be able to set up an estimate. Where someone like me or one of the other great residential sales professionals where we can set up the first meeting or I get to come out to your house and start really helping you.

So, what makes Fire & Ice different? Well, simply, we are ultra-thorough. From start to finish, we're going to do things like low calculations. We're going to do things like commissioning reports.
