Narrator: Thank you for the opportunity to help you get back to comfortable. Your Fire and Ice Heating and Air Conditioning comfort consultant will arrive in a marked Fire and Ice vehicle. Whenever possible, they'll park on the side of the street or road to keep your driveway clear. All team members must wear uniforms and photo ID badges for your safety. Before we enter your home, we'll always put on shoe covers to protect your floors.

The next step is to learn as much as possible about your home and comfort preferences so we can provide solutions for your ultimate comfort. Fire and Ice takes critical steps to inspect the following items: size of home, insulation levels, condition and type of ductwork, condition and type of windows and doors. These important aspects are gathered to create the heating and cooling load. In other words, a manual J load calculation.

From there your comfort consultant will let you know which options are best for you, including benefits of indoor air quality, such as UV lights, humidification, media filters, and more. All our solutions are available with financing options and flexible payment plans. Fire and Ice will clearly lay out the final investment, financing choices and monthly payment amounts for each heating and cooling option. We are here to educate and provide choices, but the decision is always up to you.

Thank you again for selecting Fire and Ice to help you. Should any other questions arise before your appointment, feel free to call our office.
