The average homeowner purchases only one or two HVAC systems in their lifetime. So how do you protect your investment and how do you get the most out of your heating and cooling system? In this video, we are going to give you all the information about our maintenance agreements so you can decide which is the best fit for your heating and cooling needs.

Hi, I'm Katie, the Maintenance Coordinator for Fire and Ice, and we typically recommend maintenance agreements about one year after the system has been installed. So depending on the age of your system, you might not need a maintenance agreement. However, if you would need to file a warranty claim, the manufacturer does require that preventative maintenance is done to the system in order to keep that warranty valid.

We have three different types of maintenance plans that cover a range of benefits for each plan. In this video, we will talk about what a maintenance plan is and why you should get one. We'll then talk about the features and price of the three plans we offer. And finally, we'll talk about what to do next.  I hope by the end of this video you'll know when a maintenance agreement is in which plan is right for you.
